Welcome to Dental Social Co. (“we,” “our,” or “the Site”), owned and operated by Dental Social Co. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These Terms contain important information about your legal rights, obligations, and limitations. Please read them carefully before using the Site.

1. KEY POLICIES

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By subscribing to Dental Social Co., you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Subscription Terms

Dental Social Co. operates on a monthly subscription model. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your Account Dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be incurred thereafter.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription by:

Logging into your account and navigating to the "Account Settings" tab.
Scrolling to the bottom of the page.
Clicking "Cancel Subscription" and confirming cancellation.

It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription. Refunds are not provided for unused time post-cancellation. For help, please email: dentalsocialco@gmail.com.

Individual Membership Use

Each membership is valid for one person and one account only. Access to templates, content calendars, and resources may not be shared with other individuals, dental practice employees, or third parties.

If you are purchasing for a dental practice, the membership is valid for the practice’s main social media account only. Additional users require a separate plan or custom team membership.
Social media managers must purchase individual memberships for each client account they manage. One membership = one client account.

Unauthorized sharing of login access may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any future changes or updates to these policies.

3. ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE SITE

This Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older who can form legally binding contracts.

4. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Dental Social Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, all remaining provisions remain in effect.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Hernando County, Florida. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial or class action. For issues, please contact us first at dentalsocialco@gmail.com before initiating arbitration.

7. ONLINE PURCHASES

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled.
Payments are securely processed.
No refunds will be issued for any reason.

8. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

All designs, templates, text, and graphics available through Dental Social Co. are the exclusive property of Dental Social Co. or its content licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or use without permission is strictly prohibited.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

Tamper with or interfere with the Site or its functionality.
Upload or distribute harmful, illegal, or defamatory material.
Replicate or share any content without express permission.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for updates.
